Thanks to my friends Estelle and Noel for taking us around to see various parts of the Redcliffe area and out to see wild kangaroos which were amazing!. I could not believe how close that they came up to us. See some pictures below.

The Gosford to Brisbane Drive - Sunday, August the 4th

Sunday, August the 4th We drove from Gosford and drove and drove up to Redcliffe but after almost 13 hours, I was so tired we had to stop just outside of Graton. The GPS system said the whole trip would be 10 hours and 44 minutes but after 13 hours and the darken was hitting the road, we stopped. On the motorway there is no lights but reflection lights to guide you. I now know why I flew from Newcastle to Brisbane last time.

Saturday, August 3, 2013 We stayed at my friends in Gosford and they were very generous to take us, out to Hunter Valley with is where some of the Australian wines are grown. After spending sometime with them we had to move on. It was great to see Joanne and Brian again and their new family members…their dogs. Below are pictures of the country side near and around the Hunter Valley and Joanne and Brian and the dogs.
