Today the group of us, went with the tour guide enjoyed a beautiful, very full day of touring. We began with a nice breakfast which is similiar to the European Breakfast not a North American breakfast and then we set off for the day. Our first short stop was Tiberias and then we took a beautiful boat ride on the Sea of Gailee. On board the owners, taught us some dances and we travelled the same route that Jesus did on the sea.

First day of the tour in Israel
We left Tel Aviv and stopped in Jaffa to pick up more people.

After driving along the coastal plain, we arrived in Cadesarea which is the capital of Judea under the Romans. We saw the excavations of the ancient city, the Roman theatre and aqueduct.

Then we travelled to Megiddo which is the identified site of Armageddon.

After our trip to Megiddo, we continued to see the Bahai Temple and Persian Gardens.

From Haifa, our last stop of the day was in an ancient city and harbour called Acre.

After a long day we arrived at a final destination of the Kibbutz Lavi for the evening. The Kibbutz was located on the Sea of Gailee. It was beautiful.
