Sunday, July 28, 2013 While still living in the Mercure Motor in Rotorua, New Zealand, we took another day trip to the Waitmo Glowworm caves. It was very cool to be in a cave and take a boat ride into a cave and see glowworms that are green in colour. They were heading from the ceiling. In the light all you could see a string of 4 or 5 spots joined together with a spider like string. Unfortuately, my camera was not able to capture the actual glowworms, so the picture below is of just outside the cave where we came out of from seeing the glowworms.
